The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on several factors:
- The location of the tooth/teeth.
- The extent of treatment required.
- Your insurance estimated coverage and your benefits allotted/remaining for the year.
- Insurance is intended to help with the cost of root canal treatment but it will not cover the full amount.
As with other personal service, unless prior arrangements are made, we expect payment at the time of our service to you.

For your convenience, we will gladly assist you in filing your insurance claim. However, any insurance claim denied or remaining unpaid after 30 days will automatically become your responsibility.
