The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on several factors:
- The location of the tooth/teeth.
- The extent of treatment required.
As with other personal service, we expect payment at the time of our service to you.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We are pleased to offer CareCredit (www.carecredit.com), a convenient, low monthly payment program specifically designed for health care treatments. We also offer payment plans through Cherry, a financing company that will assist you in picking a payment plan that works best for you.
*If you are using either CareCredit or Cherry, there will be a 5% processing fee on the total charge. Please contact us for further information.
For your convenience, we will gladly assist in filing your insurance claim. However, all insurance payments are on a reimbursement basis. We collect in full at time of service and then bill your insurance for your reimbursement. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
